How does it work?
Just pop by and see one of our lovely members of staff there, they will take your details and give you the price for your laundry.
It will be calculated according to machine size, prices cannot be given over the phone as we need to see exactly what you have as some bags may be deceiving.
This is the process
The whole process takes less than 3 mins!
- We'll check your items and ask you which clothing can be safely dried in our tumble dryers.
Additionally, we'll diligently look after your pockets, ensuring that any items found are brought to your attention.
- While we aim for quick turnaround times, typically completing the service on the same day, please note that it may take a few days in certain cases.
Your laundry is important to us, and we'll make sure it's done to the highest standards.
- Once your laundry is clean and dry, our dedicated team will meticulously fold and pack it into either your own bags or transparent plastic bags provided by us.

What are the most frequently asked questions we get?
Our manned service washes are available from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. During this time, our staff will be present to assist you with your service wash needs and to give change.
Our service wash includes washing, drying, and folding of the clothes. However, we do not provide ironing services. We focus on ensuring your laundry is thoroughly cleaned, dried, and neatly folded for your convenience.
We strive to complete service washes within 1 to 2 days. However, the exact turnaround time may vary depending on the volume of laundry we are processing at the time. We aim to provide you with clean and folded laundry as quickly as possible.
There is no specific weight requirement for a service wash. We can accommodate both small and large loads of laundry. Simply bring in your laundry, and we will take care of washing, drying, and folding it for you.
Absolutely! We encourage you to provide any special instructions you may have for your service wash. This includes instructions for delicate fabrics, specific stain removal, or any other requirements you may have. Clear instructions help us provide the best possible care for your laundry.

Unfortunately, as it is a service wash, we require our staff to be present to accept and process your laundry. Therefore, we cannot accept drop-offs for service washes outside of our manned hours.
Yes, you can specify your preferred detergent or fabric softener for your service wash. However, please note that our selection may be limited. If you have a specific preference, it's best to bring your own detergent or fabric softener along with your laundry.
Sorting your laundry is not necessary. Our experienced staff will handle the sorting process for you. However, it is important to inform us of any delicate items or clothes that cannot be dried. We rely on you to communicate such instructions to us to ensure proper care of your laundry.
Currently, we do not offer any discount or loyalty programs for our service wash customers. However, we continually strive to provide competitive pricing and excellent service to all our customers.
